By downloading, installing, or using the Pinch Savings app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is offered to users located in the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions.
Pinch Savings is a grocery price comparison application that helps users find the best prices across local stores, manage shopping lists, and plan optimised shopping trips. The Service includes:
Prices displayed in the app are based on the most recently available data and may not reflect current in-store prices. We make no guarantee that any displayed price is accurate at the time of your visit to a store.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person, share your account credentials, or use another user's account without permission.
Pinch Savings is free to download and use, and we do not charge subscription fees. To keep the Service free, we generate revenue by licensing aggregated and de-identified grocery price data — built from community price submissions — to third parties such as market-research and retail-analytics companies. Details about what information is collected, how it is used and shared, and how to opt out of contributing your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
The Service allows you to submit content such as product prices, product details, and store information ("Contributions"). You retain any ownership rights you have in your Contributions. By submitting a Contribution, you grant Pinch Savings a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, aggregate, de-identify, distribute, and commercially exploit that Contribution, including as part of datasets licensed to third parties as described in Section 4.
You represent that your Contributions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not violate any law or third-party right. Deliberately submitting false prices, spam, or offensive content may result in suspension or termination of your account. We may review, moderate, or remove Contributions at any time. You can report inaccurate or inappropriate content to support@pinchsavings.app.
You may opt out of having your future Contributions included in licensed datasets at any time in the app's settings; see the Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to use the Service to:

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the app design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Pinch Savings and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Resend (email delivery) and Sentry (error monitoring). Product information is sourced in part from the USDA FoodData Central database (public domain), Open Food Facts (Open Database License), and UPCitemdb. Attribution and licence details are available on our website. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
Product prices and availability displayed in the app are sourced from community submissions and publicly available data and may not reflect actual current prices at any particular store. Pinch Savings makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price information. Always verify prices in-store before making purchasing decisions.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinch Savings and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pinch Savings and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
